The Vitamin Guide
The vitamins you take are very important now more than ever during this pandemic.
You are able to boost your energy, metabolism, and strengthen your immune system just by putting aside a few seconds of your day to take your vitamins!
I have a phone notification set to remind me to take my vitamins every morning. Purchasing a pill organizer has kept me on track too.
To give an insight of what your daily vitamins should consist of, I have compiled a list of what my vitamin intake is.
Women’s One a Day—Multi Vitamin: prevents vitamin deficiency
Vitamin B6: Strengtens immune system and makes serotonin, a hormone that elevates your mood
Vitamin B12: Supports healthy hair, skin, and nails. Gives an energy boost, and makes serotonin as well.
Vitamin C: Assists in iron deficiency, boots immunity, helps prevent a common cold, and improves your ability to think and remember.
Magnesium: Lowers blood pressure, boosts exercise performance, can help with migraines, fights depression, and improves PMS symptoms (mood, water retention, and more).
Fish Oil: May aid in weight loss, reduce joint pain and stifness, prevents symtoms of mental decline.
Vitamin D: Boosts weight loss, wards off depression, and helps regulate sleep.
Chasteberry: Improves PMS symptoms and balances hormones.
All of the vitamins I intake are listed on my Amazon Storefront!
Are you going to add one of these to your daily vitamin intake? Let me know in the comments!
